Non-Refundable Fees: Once a DSC is issued, the fees paid for it are non-refundable. This is because the DSC is a digital product and can be used immediately upon issuance.
1. Cancellation Before Issuance: If you cancel the application before the DSC is issued, Care4Sign would offer a partial or full refund. However, there might be administrative, or processing fees deducted from the refund amount.
2. Technical Issues: If there are technical issues or errors in the DSC that are the fault of the service provider, we would offer a replacement DSC or a refund. There would not be any refund if Technically DSC is fine and relying application does not support our DSC due to root integration, However Care4Sign will fully co-operate to enable the integration provided user and relying application is willing to do the same.
3. Incorrect Information: If the DSC was issued with incorrect information due to the applicant’s error, refunds are generally not provided. Instead, the applicant may need to apply for a new DSC.
4. Service Provider Policies: It’s important to check the specific refund policy of the service provider from whom you are purchasing the DSC.
5. Time Frame for Refund Requests: We should refund the payment within 10 Days of the approved refund cases.
6. Documentation Required: In case of refund requests, We require proof of purchase , receipt of payment / Invoice. Ensure you keep all relevant documents handy.
7. Contact Customer Support: If you need a refund, Please write us -care@care4sign.com. Please provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with a refund request.

Refund Policy for Crypto Token
• For products that are given to you, Care4Sign Safetec Limited will only accept returns if the product is defective in nature. In such cases, wherever the purchase involves a product, please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods, Care4Sign Safetec Limited reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.
• Please send us a mail at care@care4sign.com to obtain a Return Receipt Number before you ship the item back to us.
• No goods will be accepted without a Return Receipt Number.
• The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically, refunds are processed in less than 7 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
• For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects, please send us a mail at care@care4sign.com to obtain a Return Receipt Number. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 7 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
• Please note that Refunds would not be initiated for any document issue or attestation or non-receipt of application form.
• Attestation for Documents for application of Digital Signature is mandatory.
• All cancellation requests has to be placed within 3 days from the date of order to care@care4sign.com, for refund. Once order is fulfilled, cancellations are non-refundable.
