As a licensed Certifying Authority, we adhere strictly to the guidelines laid down by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Every Digital Signature Certificate is issued only after due verification, and no certificate is issued on the basis of incomplete or unverifiable documentation.
We treat all applicant and customer information as confidential, and access to personal and cryptographic data is restricted to authorised personnel only, in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Policy.
We compete fairly in the marketplace and do not engage in misleading advertising, anti-competitive practices or misrepresentation of our products and services.
Care4Sign Safetec Limited complies with all applicable laws, including the Companies Act, 2013, IT Act, 2000, and CCA guidelines. We maintain accurate corporate records and disclosures as required under investor relations and statutory obligations.
